Behaviour work goes well when it starts with the whole picture: the cat's history, the home, the routine, a recent vet visit, and in most cases video. Arianna needed a site that gives worried owners a calm first impression, is clear about what behaviour support can and can't do, and collects that picture before the first session instead of during it.
Her philosophy, a plain list of what she does and what she doesn't, and a four-step process all come before a price. Consults are laid out as three tiers, each saying what kind of case it suits, with the medical clearance she requires before booking. Each tier's Book button opens a 13-section intake form with that tier attached, collecting the cat's history, home layout, routine, up to three photos or videos, and the acknowledgements she needs. Submissions land in her inbox through Resend with spam filtered out. Eight articles, a page for rescues and adopters, and her credentials round it out.

Worth pointing out.
An intake built for behaviour work
Thirteen sections, from household setup and litter box details to feeding, routine, and what success would look like, with a 1 to 5 severity scale and room for photos and video. The first session starts with the whole picture.
The chosen tier rides along
Each consult tier's Book button opens the intake with that tier attached, so the email Arianna gets already says which plan the client picked. Nothing for the client to fill in twice.
Clear about the limits
What she does and what she doesn't sit side by side on the homepage, and booking requires a vet rule-out wherever a behaviour could be medical. Clients know where behaviour support ends before they pay for it.
Credentials under the hero
Her credential badges sit in a band right under the opening screen, with a full certificates page behind them.
A cat that walks the page
A line-art cat stalks along the bottom of the screen as you scroll, and the booking buttons knead their paw and meow on hover. Both switch off for reduced motion, and the cat sits out small screens.
Help before the booking
Eight plain-language articles on litter box trouble, fighting cats, anxiety and more, a page for rescues and adopters, and a short contact form for anyone not sure where to start.
