The brief
In commercial construction, the general contractor checks you out before the callback. Mammoth needed to look like the company that wins those contracts: union credentials, safety posture, real project history, and an emergency dispatch path that works at 2 a.m.
What I built
Each service got its own page with its own search presence: scaffolding, shoring, event structures, hoarding. Structured data covers the organization, every service, and breadcrumbs, including 24/7 emergency availability that search engines can read. The hero runs an adaptive video that only loads on desktop and steps aside for reduced-motion and data-saver users. A custom image pipeline turns raw job site photos into per-role, blur-up optimized assets.

24/7 emergency dispatch, everywhere
The emergency line is one tap away from any point on the site, and the quote form detects urgent timelines. Structured data tells Google they answer around the clock.

Adaptive hero video
Poster-first for instant paint, video mounts only on desktop after hydration, and it respects reduced-motion and data-saver settings. Cinematic without the penalty.

Custom image pipeline
A build step that straightens phone photos, resizes per role, generates blur placeholders, and outputs WebP. Hundreds of raw job photos in, instant-loading galleries out.

Built around the union story
Local 27 and Local 18 credentials, WSIB coverage, and COR certification progress are structural elements of the site, not a footnote. That's what wins commercial bids.

Smart quote form
Service preselection from any page, sector and timeline fields, drawing uploads flagged, spam filtered. Requests arrive ready to price.
